I know that not all forum members are believers, but I just had to post this!!

In Church this morning, our Vicar was saying that God often uses the very small things to show His glory. As he was speaking, a little tiny dot who can't be much more than year old, pottered down the centre aisle, arms behind her back, hands clasped together and came to a stop at Trevor's feet. She then turned (Just as he was speaking) and beamed at the congregation.
Trevor just smiled and said "proves my point". It was a lovely moment.

How sweet!

I remember Lucy going to a funeral of one of her pupils. Just when the vicar was speaking about the girl being set free from suffering, a butterfly rose from the coffin and flew up into the sunshine. I think it took everyone's breath away.

That is SO sweet Jean and very poignant thoughts shared from Lyn...
....i remember on the day of my gran's funeral when we got home, her armchair looked so empty, i felt so sad and went and sat in Gran's chair and the most beautiful rainbow appeared, i felt it was a sign that she was still nearby. Rainbows really mean an awful lot to me as strangely i often see them on very sad days, they always give me a feeling of inner strength and security....
